Finland’s aeronautical chart renewal continues in 2026. In the currently effective eAIP published by Fintraffic AIS, the renewal of the ANC 1:500,000 aeronautical charts is included in the AIRAC amendment effective 16 April 2026. As part of the reform, chart presentation and content have been updated, and earlier phases also introduced database-driven VAC chart production and chart symbols aligned with ICAO Annex 4 requirements. As always, pilots should check the latest official AIS material before flight.
