2. General information:
Airfield with an oil-gravel runway in good condition. Sparsely used , situated in the middle of Lapland in the Pokka village. At the very southern end of the field there is a small parking area, with a small accommodation cabin and an outdoor fireplace nearby. The runway is surrounded by a barren heath, there are no significant obstructions near the edges of the runway. The distance to the Pokka village is some 3 kilometres. It is advisable to watch for reindeer during landing. By ordering in advance 98E fuel is available at the Tieva bar.

4. The Airport:
Runway and parking area are in good condition. In the summer of 2011 numerous tufts of grass had grown through the runway. No significant edge obstructions. A lot of loose stones on the runway, so it is advisable to do test runs on the parking area, which is in good condition.

6. Sight seeing and services
Food and accommodation obtainable at the Tieva bar, 4 kilometres from the field. Possible to order transport from the field to the Tieva bar. Cabin accommodation and restaurant service. Worth visiting: Taatsin seita some 18 kilometres from the field, an old sacrificial site of the Saame people, the original inhabitants of Lapland.
